With nearly 30 years supporting local communities,I've worked with older adults, children with learning difficulties and people with varied abilities as a fitness instructor. Morag Coull
Physiotherapist

Physiotherapist with NHS Grampian, and has been leading our Thursday face-to-face strength and balance circuit class since 2017, during which time our numbers have increased to the extent we now have two classes with a break for coffee and chat in between. This hands-on class provides an opportunity for Morag to spend time with each individual in order to tailor each exercise to suit that person's individual needs.

As a result the class is suitable for everyone, from those with only mild symptoms, to those who require walking aids or are wheelchair users. Everyone can derive benefit from this class.
