​As the festive season approaches, we invite you to consider a

our small charity, Aberdeen Independent Multiple Sclerosis (AIMS).

Multiple sclerosis is a challenging and unpredictable disease

affecting many individuals in our community. Our charity is

dedicated to providing support and hope to those living with MS

and other neurological conditions such as Spinal Injury, Parkinsons,

Fibromyalgia, ME and the initial stages of MND and we rely on the

generosity of people like you to continue our work in the community.

By choosing to donate the money you would have spent on Christmas

cards and postage stamps you can make a significant impact on the

lives of those affected by various neurological conditions. Your

contribution will help fund our exercise sessions, and our social group,

which ensures no one is socially isolated at this time of year. Our various activities improve the quality of life for those living with
